It’s a Willys (better known for making Jeeps). May be an Aero-Willys. May be Brazilian-made.

That’s a mid fifties Willys. Can’t remember the model name, but it’s a Willys.

Looks like an Aero-Eagle hardtop 1953-1955, they didn't change much styling wise.

I doubt it’s Brazil ian , they did sell these in America. These were some of the last cars Willys sold in America IIRC.
